Hineni

Who Are We?

Hineni is a Modern-Orthodox, politically non-partisan, Zionist youth movement that strives to provide informal Jewish and Zionist education to complement that received at home and at school.

We are the official youth movement of the Central Synagogue in Sydney.

As an outreach movement we welcome participants of all backgrounds and endeavour to create an environment where education and fun are mutually inclusive.

Carbon Credits

Offsetting Your Emissions

As part of Hineni's ongoing commitment to the environment, we are offering you the opportunity to offset your carbon emissions. This means that you can offset all of the carbon dioxide and greenhouse gas emissions from your stay at camp (transport, food production, stationary, equipment etc) by contributing to our purchase of certified carbon credits from Carbon Planet.

These credits are used to plant trees, reduce landfill, promote environmental sustainability through education programs and minimise emissions in the corporate and industrial sectors.

Learn more about what my carbon credit will be is used for

You can choose to add $2 when purchasing your ticket to camp, which will offset about 1/12 of a tonne of CO2 (86.9kg to be exact!)
